Approvals

Approval workflows encourage a solid definition of procedures in your business. Approvals in Acumatica can have multiple levels, and ensure transactions are being properly posted to the system.

Approvals are a prime example of how Acumatica is a collaboration tool, designed to reduce errors, and fortify your business structure and processes.

This video demonstrates a user who does not have permission to discount 15% or more on a sales order line item on their own. You will see that with no discount, no approval is required, however, when we discount over 20% it will trigger the approval process, and will not be ready to post until approved by the approver (aka manager).
