Attaching files to documents, projects or profiles is an integral part of supporting your customers, but it is also important to have that information easily accessible for reference purposes internally.
Engineering drawings, supporting documentation, or additional contracts, should be stored tightly to the source, to eliminate frantically searching servers or drives for one document.
As demonstrated in this video, attaching files is as easy as dragging a file from your desktop, or computer onto the Acumatica window and dropping it. Integrations to storage servers such as Box are available as well. This is a great solution if you work actively with larger files such as CAD drawings, where the file is replaced with a link to the stored file location instead, but opening it, is exactly the same.
